Practical Checklists

When opening the sun-curtains, be careful with the ones phasing the terrace, as they can get stuck if you pull them all the way to the top. Leave 5 cm.
Put all the terrace furniture out (there is a picture in the apartment on how we normally organize it).
If it is cloudy and cold, turn on the fuse for the water heater (it has a sun panel, which is sufficient during summer)
Check cleaning is okay. If not, let us know.

If the weather report warns for rain, please put the terrace furniture under the roof.
If you have problems with the wifi, try to restart first. Do NOT reset the router. If still not working contact our property manager; Arta Shahu at Albania Property Group on WhatsApp.
Do not open the window between the two bedrooms - there in insulation between them that will move if you try to open.
If the wind wining is disturbing you, put the rubber sockets, or a towel, under the doors to the rear balconies.
Emergency numbers:

Check fuse for the water heater is OFF.
Put all dirty bed linen, towels etc in the shower next to the washing machine.
Empty the dishwasher.
Put all terrace furniture inside in the living room, except the large table which should be moved under the roof outside.
Close and lock all windows.
Close and lock all terrace doors.
Close all the sun-curtains.
Bring all your garbage with you.
Lights off, check also the lights on terrace.
Ensure all AC / Heaters are turned off.
Leave the keys according to instructions.
